Fostering growth, resilience, and positive change in individuals and organizations.
About Pattern Coaching & Consulting
I started Pattern Coaching & Consulting during a time of personal and professional transition. After nearly two decades in the public sector, I found myself at a crossroads, ready to step into entrepreneurship and build something rooted in purpose, equity, and transformation. Pattern was born from that moment, a commitment to helping individuals and organizations shift thought patterns, embrace change, and design bold, intentional futures.
At Pattern Coaching & Consulting, we empower transformation through executive coaching and consulting. We believe every client is unique and deserves a personalized approach, one rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of both individual and organizational needs.
Meet Kwelin Pipkin (kway-lyn)
Principal Consultant | Certified Professional Coach
With over 19 years of experience in the public sector, particularly in community and human services, I've led numerous community revitalization projects and implemented large-scale federal workforce development programs. My approach is collaborative and equity-driven, focused on building partnerships that create economic mobility and long-term opportunities for communities.
In 2019, I completed the Designing for Social Systems program at Stanford University’s d.school, deepening my ability to align systems and strategies with the lived experiences of individuals. I bring this systems-thinking lens into all of my work, whether I’m implementing federal grants, advancing job quality, or guiding someone through a leadership transition.
My coaching practice focuses on entrepreneurs, transitioning professionals, and executives, especially those navigating change or seeking to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment. I help my clients pause, reflect, and chart a path forward rooted in their values and strengths.
